validation request answered-

    I requested a validation from NCO regarding an account with Cross Country Bank. They responded after six months- by sending all of the records from CC. However, in my request for validation, I specified that they validate "that I have some contractual obligation to pay you," (namely NCO). There is nothing in the documents they sent that shows any obligation that I have to NCO. In fact, they sent a statement showing that CC had charged-off the account and shows a balance owing of ZERO! What do I do now? Thanks
