Here is my situation I requested validation on a bill that I supposedly had that was originally 983.00 but over the years has came over 1300.00. Now they sent me a letter validating it with Oct. 03 2006 when I sent them a certified letter in September 2006. What can I do to delete this? I guess I mean what letter do I send to them next?
