Hi All: I sent a validation for a medical collection that is reporting. I sent it to Arrow Financial. They returned this: A printout from OC (XRay Company) stating my name and some crazy address for me. It was a aging printout of this medical account. The collector also stated if I wanted more info on the bill I should contact OC. The collector said that my medical records are confidential and he could not get any more info. They provided really just a printout from OC. No signatures of mine etc, etc.. What should be my next step??? Thanks all.......
