VALIDATION RESPONSE FROM COLLECTION AGENCY Hello guys, I received a validation response from the collection agency. What the response read pretty much was â??We will forward this information to the original creditor and will NOT seek collection until they have verifiedâ?. They are redirecting the issue back to the creditor. I have never experienced this one. Now what do I do from this point. Wait the 30 days, if no response I should send them another letter? Re: VALIDATION RESPONSE FROM COLLECTION AGENCY Wait the 30 days. Sometimes, CAs don't get the original documentation when they purchase the debt. They have to order it from the original creditor. Sometimes, they can't get it though.

Re: VALIDATION RESPONSE FROM COLLECTION AGENCY Check your Report in 7-10 days and see if they marked the account as "in dispute". If not, that would be violation #1, would it not?
