I sent a ca validation 12/21. I have not received the green card back yet and I cannot check on it until at least 30 days.

They sent a letter stating that they had received my correspondence and it would be easier and faster to serve me if I called them at their 800#.

Now, I have posted on this ca before. They are dept. store and they service their own accounts. I know this is my account but I want them to validate it. I would like to get rid of it without paying it.

Should I call them back and what they have to say or should I just send them the estoppel after 30 days?

    Thanks, for responses!!!

If this ca doesn't respond after you send the Estoppel letter do you.....:

    1. Send an intent to sue letter
    or
    2. Send your proof (validation & Estoppel letter) to the CRA asking for deletion since they didn't respond.

Then file suit against the CRA for failure to adhere to the FCRA?

Please respond, I value your opinion.

    Hey Lizardking,

Would you be able to ask the CRA to remove the item if the card has not been returned as received??

Go to the PO with the ref# on CRR, and ask for verification that it has been accepted. They will give you a printout which will serve as proof of receipt.
