I sent a CRRR letter to a CA listed on my current Equifax as Monument Financial, 2207 E. Morrison Ct, Grand Junction, CO 81503-2535. The USPS website says the item is being returned to me because the forwarding order for that address is no longer valid. Do I now dispute it with Equifax? Or ?? And what is the correct legalspeak to use with them?
I have no idea what this is, and as well my goal is to just delete.
    Thanks for your help!

I'd start looking to see if this company is still in business and then send a procedure request/ITS/demand for deletion letter to EXP.

It probably wouldn't hurt to state in your letter that you cannot find any records of this company still being in busines and you believe that the investigation was not properly conducted by EXP.

Include a copy of the returned letter and ask how EXP was able to verify the account when you could not and in addtion demand that the account be removed from your credit file immediatly or else you will sue.
