I sent sdome validation letters out, however after doing so I realized thanks to this board that OC do not have to validate. My question is, altough they do not have to validate, is a validation letter considered a dispute? If it is not considered a dispute should I send a seccond letter to OC only this time disputing the debt sothat they have to report to the CB that I am disputing or else be in violation?
