I have an unknown collection item on my TU report for OSI (aka Gulf State). I shot off the validation letter early last week. Today I log on to creditexpert to check what's up with EX and see that OSI made an inquiry on that report. Now, this collection item is only appearing on my TU report, it's not on my EX or EQ. Should I be alarmed by this or what? I just find it very strange that they put an inquiry on my EX (don't worry...I already filed dispute on the inq). I know that Gulf State/OSI has used some very strange tactics in the past with others on this board and I'm just wondering if this is yet another game. I swear I'll fly off the handle if they slap that derog on my EX as well.
