Can you still request validation after 30 days after the collection Agency has made there first contact to you?
LKH thank you for your response. I sent out a validation letter a month ago tomorrow. They haven't reported it to the CRA's. and haven't responded to my letter. They have also sent me another collection letter. during the validation period. So i have a great case to sue them. Going to send out the estoppel letter tomorrow.
