Hey guys. Been off the board for a while, I was visiting my mom. Anyway, on the 1st, I fired off six 2nd round validations and 1 nutcase. I gave them half a month to do what I wanted or it was lawsuit time and I think 30 days for the nutcase. I have received 3 "so sorry, we are deleting" letters. There hasn't been any response from the other ones including the nutcase. One of the 3 who didn't respond actually deleted off of 2 of the 3 CRs but I sent the 2nd validation to make them get the other one off of TU. Also, one of the ones who are deleting submitted the UDF to experian where it had been deleted before and it reappeared again and tanked the score. Guess I have to give them a call. On a different note, I did a big round of disputes with EQ (like 12) and they deleted everything except 2 but they changed the name on the credit report. So now, I have been fighting with them to change the name back so I can get the score online. I had called several times and the last time I called, I screamed at the top of my lungs and hung up on the woman. Times like those, I wish I had a recorder. So now I refuse to call until I can buy one to record these idiots. I sent a copy of dl and ss card plus a copy of the wrong name on the credit report and copy of the right credit report on the 12th but I haven't even received the green card back yet. EQ sucks!!! So, with all of that, I had reached a score of 625 before the recent reentry and now it's down to 589 on EX. TU was at 480 and it went to 570 with the deletion of 2 judgements and negative entry by NCO. I wish the heck I knew with EQ because I can get the report but no score. Me thinks it's in the 600s with the deletion of all that stuff. ;-) Quick question guys.... I was wondering for you nutcase veterans, what is the followup to the nutcase letter if they don't respond? I can't dispute this paid car loan on experian anymore. Thanks all!

In fact, the post needs to be copied and flagged over here, who was soliciting for items that would help others before, was it you Dave? Anyway, it's a great post, no matter the location, thanks Doc!
