I sent out some validation letters the week after Thanksgiving. I sent 5 out and still haven't gotten some of the CRRR back yet but got 2 back.

What should I do? Should I send the validation letters again or the estoppel? Should I have my post office investigate to see if they even signed for it?

I included the accounts in the CHOD, so it I am not sure what to do if they verify. Because I don't know whether they received or not.

I am so confused, I am making progress but I need some guidance here.

    Thanks!

yes, you should contact the usps and see if the items were received, when and who signed for them. They have thirty days from the date they received the letter (plus a couple for mail) to respond to you, so you have to wait a while before sending a second letter.

Definitely have the post office verify that they've been delivered. If they have, make them give you some sort of proof if you haven't got the green cards. If they have been delivered, at about 32 days, send out the estoppel.
