If a ca sends you a old copy of you phone bill is that good enough for validation, would it hold up in court, this was paid over a year ago but I have no proof, they also tacked 86$ intrest on it.
Unless it was in your original agreement with them I don't see how they can charge you interest, especially if it is on a closed account.
