If I recieve a response from a vaidation from a CA with just an account computer listing and no actual signed proof of contract, etc. do I send out another request or just wait the remaining 30 days and send Estoppel? Kara
I would not even wait the 30 days, I would send the Estopple letter now. Strongly word the "adequate proof" section and include something about the FTC opinion letters on adequate validation response (Wollman etc...). -Peace, Dave
They have 30 days to respond with validation. They responded, but inadequately. Send Estopple saying "you sent inadequate validation, since you can not provide adequate proof, you must delete listing or suffer the consequences" -Peace, Dave
