I have seen a lot of stuff on validation, but I am not real clear on what I really need to do. But it seems like it is where I need to start. I'm new to this site so forgive me if I have missed it somewhere. So is there a place that is clear on what I need to do and how to do it....so that a lay person can understand I have just gotten a letter saying I owe 6000 dollars and have thirty days to respond, its from a collection agency. thanks Haz
