Do you only give the CA's 30 days to validate your debt once you send your debt validation letters? Then if the CA does not respond, do you contact the credit bureaus and request this item be deleted since the ca could not validate the debt? Since I faxed my debt validation letters to the ca, will my fax transmission sheet with the date, time, and to whom sent be enough proof for the credit bureau?

    Think you missed a step.
Did you dispute with cra after ca got your val.letter?
    You skipped the estoppel too.

I sent the validation letters after I disputed with the cra's. Experian has verified it twice and Transunion has verifed it once. CSC has verified twice.

If the ca does not validate the debt, then I will contact the credit bureas asking them to remove the item.
