AND Don't take no for an answer... If the documentation that the provide isn't worth the paper its printed on, and the postage that it took to mail it, tell them so... You'll want to check out Butch's What Is Validation thread... You'll get more than enough information to be able to prove what isn't validation to a judge, if the need arises... -- Note the phrasing, case law really doesn't establish "what is validation", but it more concretely establishes "what isn't validation".
