I received a letter from Peroutka & Peroutka, P.A., stating they have been retained by Platinum Financial Services Corp, demanding $3187. Sherman Acquisitions had this same debt about 1 year ago. When Sherman contacted me I sent a validation letter. They sent back a copy of the signature page on the credit card application. But I did not hear back from them after that. So now these guys have it. The SOL is up in Sept. Should I sent validation letter to these guys and see what happens?
