Vallidation?

    The summons was not mailed; it was brought to my door by a process server. It was handed to my husband. However, it has the court clerk's stamp, signature and all that. It has a case number on it. And it has the district court seal on it. First page is titled Summons and second Petition. When we filed our answer, the clerk seemed to think it was official.

    Process server would definitely indicate it's not bogus.
