Verification letter to Credit Card

    Hi All,

I have a 30-day and 60-day late being reported from First Premier Bank from 1999. I closed the account in 2000 but can't seem to get rid of the lates.

I've disputed them with EXP but they were verified and now EXP simply won't look at them again.

Is it worth sending a letter directly to First Premier? Does anyone have any experience in doing this or is there a sample letter I can look at?

Any pitfalls I should be aware of?

    Thanks,
    Kapital1

Do lates from 4 years ago have that much of an affect (if any) on your scores?

Try going to PFB (planetfeedback.com) and writting them a letter asking them to remove the lates. I've seen alot where this has worked. Either that, or search on here for a goodwill letter and send one to them asking to remove the lates.
