Have an acct on EQ and TU that I disputed in Nov 2000 and came back verified. Both TU and EQ added a statement to the effect that 'this information was verified 11/2000 and remains unchanged'. Since that time, through disputes with OC, the information has changed extensively. The OC updated/changed past due amounts, late dates and even the DOLA on TU. Yet the 'this information was verified on 11/2000' statement still stays, making it appear that the new information was verified.... :-( Anyone had any luck disputing something like this?? Heck, I may be stuck with a derog, but it keeps getting worse and I don't like having EQ and TU making the updated info look like they verified it when they did NOT!!
