verified no change, but it changed!

A little background here. I believe TU has been re-aging my 4 worst OC tradelines: Sears, Nissan, First Premier, First National Bank. This has been over the past 7 months.

My intention was to use this re-aging as leverage for an ITS to TU demanding deletion. As advised by dixiedrifter and the CYA Manipulation letter I wanted to send to the OC's, I first disputed these account closed dates with TU as being incorrect, to see if they actually contacted the creditors.

My results from the dispute of date closed incorrect dated 5-27-03 came back yesterday. First Premier and First National Bank were deleted. Nissan and Sears both came back "verified, no change". For the most part, Nissan hasn't changed recently, but Sears has. here's what I got for the past 7 months of closed dates:

    Nissan:
    1-10-2003 6-97
    3-18-2003 2-03
    5-4-2003 3-03
    5-13-2003 5-03
    5-27-2003 3-03

    Sears:
    1-10-03 11-02
    3-18-03 1-03
    5-4-03 3-03
    5-13-03 4-03
    5-27-03 3-03

Now the day I got my report, on 5-27-03, I disputed all four accounts as closed date incorrect. Sears came back yesterday 7-01-03 as verified, no change, but looking at the tradeline on the report, compared to the 5-27 report, the closed date has indeed changed back to 11-02. How can they verify it as no change and change it?

I'll still send out a CYA Manipulation Letter to Sears and Nissan, but do you think these closed dates always changing, and then them verifying it as no change but actually changing it will be enough for deletion with a good ITS letter?

    Any advice out there?
