I just refinanced my house. My experian score was 745. Now Experian shows my mortgage at zero/paid off. I just got another auto lease which does not show yet. It will be interesting to see what happens when my mortgage shows up again on my report and the auto lease. So basically the "payoff of the home had a zero effect even though total debt was reduced by over six figures. I will post again once the mortgage reports to see any score changes. Rob
