Forgot to post this yesterday... Well, after getting my statement from VS....in small print at the bottom it said: "Congratulations, we have increase your limt to $450" It was $250 originally. I got this card in the beginning of September 2001. So here it is nine months later and they give me an autmatic increase. I wonder if I"ve spent more than $500 to qualify for the VS Gold card? Humm.... I really need to start reading all of my statements thoroughly....I almost missed this. At any rate....today seems to be another great Credit Day!
Contgrats. They're owned by (World Financial Network National Bank (WFNNB) aren't they? When I was younger I had Structure and Abercrombie cards from them. If they are owned by the same Co., they were fairly decent about increases. They gave them at least once a year.
Yes they are WFNNB. Just spoke to a rep and basically what happends is that once you spend $500 in one year, you are automatically upgraded on your next billing cycle to their gold card. You remain a Gold Card member for the duration of the acccount until it is closed. I am $217 short from being upgraded and I just got my statement so.....maybe I need to run down there and spend $220 and wait to be upgraded and then return stuff? HA!
