I asked for validation from a CA and they sent it, however I also rcvd a copy of my latest EQ report and it doesn't state on that CA tradeline that this account is currently being disputed. The date on the EQ report is 10 days after the date on the green return card the CA signed in receipt of my rqst for validation. Would ya' say this is violation I can use to my benefit?
