I am the non-custodial parent of a child and I was forced to pay back welfare benefits that the mother used. Just recently I was able to prove that my daughter was'nt living with her mother while she received this benefit. And now my daughter is living with the grandmother and the mother is getting child support that she is not sharing with the grandmother. I want to file for custody and sue the mother for the money that i am paying for the afdc she received. I can't afford a lawyer, do anyone know what papers I need to file. I will go to the law library to get the forms, i just don't know what to file. The mother is in violation of the court order because she is not living with her and yes I can prove it.
