Is this enough to file suit and get this over with? We have to move soon, and I don't want to have to rent again...

Disputed in July, disputed again in the fall, sent validation in Dec., sent procedure request in Dec. No responsed from any of the above. Some of the accounts were re-reported after validation was requested and ignored.

Is it necessary to disputed again, after the validation?

The cra's "verified" before and after the ca's ignored validation.

    Any opinions??? Thanks :)

If you have all your proof, go for it.

Thanks Breeze! I am going to get the info together, send it to my attorney and see if he thinks it would be worthwhile for the both of us if he just handled it.
I'm thinking he'll get more money, and get it done quickly.
