Quick question: If I dispute w/ the original creditor, and request an audit of the account, does the creditor have to report that the account is in dispute during the time that they are investigating by the rules of the FCRA?

Dispute procedure: mail dispute, along with the credit report, to their address. They say that they have 90 days to investigate, do not mention reporting dispute to CRAs during this time. Does the FCRA override this?
