I have a creditor that has taken an account that was months away of reaching the 7 yr limt and guess what they do ...they change the account # and leave the same amount due and reage all with one keystroke with Equifax. Sent lettter to Equifax on 9/3 and still no reposne nor have the marked my report as in dispute. What are the violations in dollars on this.
