    Who do you file a complaint with when a CA violates the FCRA? The BBB?

    I have done 2 BBB complaints so far and both CAs seem to reply quickly afterwards...

    I have days left for my 30day validation.. I will be sending an estopp letter as well with a BBB complaint...

    when you make a complaint to the BBB, do you send a copy of the letter to the CA too at the same time?

    The BBB will contact them.
