If one has a CA on one or two FDCPA violations during a dispute/verification within the 1st 30 days, should the 2nd letter include another rqst for validation along with the violations listed and a proposed settlement/deletion? OR..... the 2nd letter only stating the violations and the proposed settlement/deletion?
