This summer I received a pre-approved Visa card offer with a limit of up to $500. It expired on 8/04 but I never applied for it. Now, when I want to apply for it, I only get a $200 limit. Do you know if Visa Capitol One is going to have another offer?
Capital One "Up to $500" is a deceptive phrase used by Capital One to get you to agree to the high annual fee. Then when you receive the card, the limit is $200. You aren't missing a thing from Capital One.
Go to the Capital One website and apply online there for the Gold card.You will probably get it with at least that much or more
