   I just checked my Experian as you did and found a lovely "HARD" inquiry from a company called MIDWEST mortgage, is that the name on your reports??
   
   I just talked to eloan and they claim they are not associated with Midwest mortgage and insisted it is a soft inquiry, which I don't believe for one second!!
