Well I am preparing the second VL from this website and have a question. Should I include a copy of the original VL, a copy of the green card and a copy of the initial notification (as I did in initial vl). As well, should I notify this company that they are in violation of the law as not reporting this as disputed and the account amount has increased? Thanks Oh yeah, they have not called me however do I still need to reiterate that communication in the form of mail only?
Well, nothing wrong with including a copy of the green card and the first letter. Also, I would state they are now in violation of the FDCPA but I wouldn't state why...let them figure it out! also if your original letter has the warning to communicate by mail only, that is good enough, after all at this point you are waiting for them to $crew Up!
