Address finally corrected - much easier (and faster) to get corrected with a telephone call. All of my inquiries were deleted from EQ!!! Every inquiry I requested to be deleted was deleted!!! PFB - WORKS! Rec'd letter (<2 wks after request) that trademark would be removed within 30 days - logged on last night and it had already been deleted!!! NEXT PROJECT OC reporting/CA reporting Am I understanding this correctly? If I send the C&D to the CA, they must remove their reported information on my reports???
Congrats on your successes. A cease and desist is used to stop the ca from contacting you in whichever way you demand. It has nothing to do with making them remove entries from your reports.
Thank you - I had been extremely discouraged. They are not contacting me. I want the line item to disappear - OC reports as CO most owed 9066, balance 9066. CA reports a balance and most owed as well (don't forget the interest - compounded hrly haha). OC DOL 08/1998 CA Placed 05/01 Also - this is for a auto - In TX has it passed SOL?
