Well boys and girls that pesky little company Asset Acceptance Corp at it again. These are some rude folks! Well I just got off of the phone with an idiot, it is amazing how frustrated they become when you know your rights! She would not tell me how much the debt was or nothing. Then she lied and said they sent letter after letter to my address. Funny thing is until Jan 3 2002 they did not know where I lived! I checked the entry on Experian. They said they are going to garnish my wages and everything is under way. Now I do know the law and I do know how slow the court system is. Even if they are doing this it is 3-6 months off so I do have time to get my letters out. But to any one that every wanted to reverse the calling on a CA here is her number 1 866 266 7500 ext 6554 ask for Ms Bradley and remember she is not human.

I have had dealings with these idiots and you are right, they are RUDE!!! The one I have always talked to is Sharron Mitchell. She is HORRIBLE. They stopped calling me because I sent a C&D letter to them. But before that, she would leave me messages and sometimes say she was Sharron and then sometimes that she was Shannon and her last name would sometimes be Mitchell and sometimes Mitchum. In fact, she sent letters to me with three different names. Anyway, you are right. They are A$$HOLES.

Did you know they are NOT licensed in the state of FL. I am going to forward the address to the state agency I have been dealing with. All I had was the PO Box, now I have the street address. I have a good mind to take a day off work and go visit these people. Well, I'll see what happens after 30 days.
