Experian, as most people know, is the worst CRA out there. Their violations have gone unchecked and as time goes by they are getting more bold. I propose that this friday(2 days) everyone who has been screwed over by experian files a complaint with the FTC and the texas attorney general. Only legitimate complaints. I am willing to bet we can get 200+ people to complain if they take 20 minutes to do so. Do not file now- wait until this friday. Is anyone with me or shall we just sit around and talk about how bad experian is instead of doing anything about it?
Don't just stop at the TX AG's office... Their TX address is not their TRUE Corporate HQ! Their TRUE HQ is in CA. So you want to hit the CA AG as well.
Well, the only violation I've caught them on was failing to provide me with procedures when I requested them. I'll complain to the FTC! Shorty
better yet we should all get together and file a class action suit against Experian then they will think twice about their actions and consumers rights. I know a lawyer willing to take it on ! I need to confirm at least 35 people willing to do this to make it worth his time and effort if I can establish this I will forward that response to him and ask if I can post his name for you all to contact to pursue it. thx strength in numbers
