For anyone who lives in GA and is considering suing a CA. I am not in GA anymore, but I can refer you to a good lawyer. Email me for name and ph # I have used him in the past. The case was settled out of court for ~$3000. The only thing that I didn't like, was that he took more money than me. :-( But back then I really wasn't fully aware of all the FDCPA laws. I was just happy to get unexpected money. The CA was serioulsy harrasing me, and had made false threats. He doesn't charge initially
