I agree. Incidentely, I wasn't stating that what you were saying was "crap" rather, what the gentlemen you cited was stating. I can't beleive it is that easy . . . I may be wrong. If it is then it does indeed beg the question as to why identity theives would pander about and why really anyone would even worry about their own credit. Hell, just don't pay ANYTHING and thereafter, just make a new file. Again, I think this joker is blowing smoke. Turn them into the FTC.
