I'm baaaaaaaaack!! I keep asking for procedures and all I keep getting is "Was Previously Investigated." Experian is the worst!! It's to the point where they won't even take an online dispute from me. I have not received ANY descriptions of the procedures used to validate. What is my next step (other than court).

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. My hubby was just transferred and we're going to have to buy a new house in a new city in the next 4 or 5 months. I want to get things straightened up before then.

I've been working at this for a year or so and I don't seem to be getting very far.

What is the nature of the dispute?

Go after the OC or CA. If they conclude its not your account, it is their responsibility to remove, and their letter to that effect may get CRA to remove or be usable in legal action against CRA if they don't. If they refuse to correct, you need to go after them anyway. If you are preparing to buy a house, the sooner you get it resolved the better, and if necessary, you may have to sue one or both.
