Please be careful reading all of the info before you sign up for this promo. It has 0% interest and transfer on promo all over. But a careful reading shows: if you have a credit transfer, then your purchases for either 18 or 12 ( depending on targeted promo received) months are at 0% interest. The transfers themselves are never at 0% and always charge interest from day one. So this card may work for someone who really would like 0% on purchases and would do a small transfer just to qualify.
