She told me to wait a few months and call back and "it would probably be lowered" I want to make sure I call direct to R--- I will do a search here, but want to make sure I call the right number. The "regular number" was useless-- and I finally asked to be switched. It was very frustrating.

Thanks Plat-- I think I will call in a few months just to see what the verdict is, although I still plan to *punish* Citi by switching business. I know they are shaking in their shoes (LOL) but it will make ME feel better.
