Is there a way that you can force credit expert to investigate items that have been verified twice? I have been unable to start an investigation on any item in 6 months, they say they have been verified twice. They ignore mailed in disputes. Some of these accounts show as verified in 8-2001 I thought that after a year you could start again.
I have called them and told the CSR of the errors and they have put them back into dispute. Hasn't helped get rid of them though. I sent them an intent to sue letter 2 weeks ago. I am waiting to see if this makes a difference!
