After a request for validation, estopple, and intent to sue, two collection agencies are about to be taken to small claims. This is the first time I have had to use this approach. I have no idea how to start the process and what needs to be included in the suit.

    Any suggestions?

I am about to file against united collection bureau in toledo. Would I file suit against the company, president, or their registed agent?

Normally, you sue the company. If there was a prticular agent who did something wrong, you may sue him also.

You serve the suit on the registered agent.

Would you also sue the OC or just the CA?

Actually I live in Akron. If I lived near toledo they would get a good look at me- every single day. On another note, what someone is saying is I serve it to ucb but use the agent's address instead of the Ca's address?
