I don't think I would have had the courage or faith to try to buy a home if it wasn't for creditnet and now here of course. WE have come along way baby but of course we still have things to clear up. We got our home for 6.125% fixed FHA for 30 years with the 3% money down from the PIC program and only had to write a check for 689 to the title company this morning when all was said and down. We paid for our inspections in advance and the mortgage company had a free appraisal with coupon Here are some pictures of our new house from about 1 week ago but keep in mind that isn't our furniture in the house. The owners are still living there until Friday morning at 8 am when we take possession of our BEAUTIFUL NEW HOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! http://www.PictureTrail.com/gid1722996
Congratulations! I looked at the pics and you have purchased a beautiful home. Good luck and enjoy being a home owner!
What a great house! That is the reward for all of your hard work. Enjoy and may you have many happy memories in your new home. Lisa
Congradulations!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Creditnet really is a god sent....... Did you have any collections are anything that have to be paid off...... I'm going the FHA route also and your news makes my load a little lighter...... tks homeowner soon...
Congratulations Melissa The house is adorable! Your kids look so happy and I bet they can't wait to get moved in! Best wishes, Kathy
Thanks all, WE did FHA so my hubby had about an average of 650 median score but that is with a 2 year old BK 7 too. 2 years ago right after his BK he had a score of 477 But it has been steadily climbling up. We locked in at 6.125 fixed for 30 years.
Fdj, no we didn't have to pay any collections off at all. It really was super pain free other than the normal documentation needed for FHA. I was presently surprised and the entire time I feared a giant backward step but we never ran into it. WE didn't even have to write an explanation to the FHA on why my hubby filed for bankruptcy which I was really surprised by.
