I sent off our first round of disputes to the three CRAs. We receieved letters from TU today. Both say something along the lines of Re: General Policy and go on to ask basically if we've been ripped off by a credit repair service and include a form to complain. Nothing saying that our disputes are under investigation. ???
Is is a computer generated letter, we all get them- it's garbage, don't sweat it. Your investigation is underway!
