Hot damn!! Ok well not me, but dh LOL...I took a chance and disputed dh's bk on TU last week, this was his last derog and I'll be damned if checking his pg report today IT WAS GONE!! Just to make sure I pulled the actual TU report and BAM for all the world to see - 709 baby!!! Its been a pretty good day, Eq also deleted a CA acct (but NCO was checked) TU - 709 (Absolutely Clean) Eq - 679 (96 bk and 1 ca) Exp fako - 666 (96 bk and 1 incl in bk - mont. wards of all things)

I simply used their inadequacies to my advantage. TU never reported an amount for liabilities or assets. I disputed on the grounds that they were reporting inaccurate information and stated the laws require all reported information to be accurate. Exp is doing the same thing...instead of Liabilities:0 and Assets: 0 as TU was doing Exp is reporting Liabilities: NA and Assets: NA I guess I will attempt them next. I disputed this one last month as not mine and it was verified. Durn Eq looks correct though
ok I see have 2 13's listed that way on TU did you request a investigation or just ask for removal? under the laws of that it was not 100% accurate? I am gonna dispute them on my report just wondering if I have to ask for a investigation or just demand removal due to not 100% accurate?
I requested an investigation - I did it online and under my reason I chose "innaccurate account" or something of the like and typed the spiel about reporting inaccurate info. Good Luck - I hope it works for u!! I really didn't think it would work as I was an idiot and sent them dh's bk paperwork just a few months ago!!!

I hate it when you dispute like a madman and finally get a TL deleted from Experian, and score stays the same. ahhhhhhh.
