Guys, Many of you complain about Experian, why don't you do something about it ? Take them to court and sue them everytime they break the law. You might ask have I done it ? No Why ? I'm waiting till after I close on my home so they won't jeopardize the process by taking my reports offline (they are famous for that). AFTER I close, I'll have a stack of complaint forms just for Experian for all the violations they've accumulated through the months and off to court we go. I advise you guys to do the same, after your suit, send a copy to the FTC. I'm sure they'd like some leisure reading and maybe they will get more involved in enforcing the FCRA against the Big Three. Experian is definitely the worse of all three though.
Well, I did have this helpful chimp who just totally removed my entire profile. I am not sure if this is a good or a bad thing. I do have one item showing as a positive trade. I totally agree with the civil suit, I am a proud member of the "remains" and "previously investigated" club.

Good Post edoggie! I agree that the EVIL EXP is the worse of the big three. They operate on their own playing field IMHO. I filed in federal against these guys, and it seems their weasleness has only flourished after the filing of my complaint. I am really looking forward to nailing these guys, they just don't give a rats bumm about the FCRA. Looks like they are playing "lets intimidate the little guy" angle. They have no idea what they are up against......!
