I filed against WF and now they're trying to play hardball. I've got an airtight case on them for not one but 2 non-pp pulls, but they wanna try to play Goliath to my David. Well, you know how THAT turned out. I've done a boatload of searches and there are alot of people who have filed against them and won judgments. Have you tried searching FINDLAW.COM for "Wells Fargo"? Also, try a google search. Remember with God's hand, Goliath went down with one stone.

Try using "wells fargo" "fdcpa" or "wells fargo" "fcra" Those might work because you are now looking specifically for wells fargo violations. Let me know.
I just checked and still nothing. I tried to find the case from the girl that sued them and won on the web, but it's not coming up. I'll probably have to do it the old fashioned way.
