Does anyone know who would be the right person to send a goodwill letter to at Wells Fargo for my student loans? I faxed a goodwill letter 2 weeks ago, and haven't heard anything, and wondering if anyone's sent a goodwill letter there before. Anyone have any info out there? Thanks a lot in advance. p.s I also sent a goodwill to Citibank (thanx to the contact name I got on this board), and they said yes
