    Can anyone tell me if WF pulls a trimerge CR or just 1 CR. I have an apptment to go talk to one of the assoc. about a house that I am interested in. Any info would be helpful.

    Trimerge for me in 7/02.

    I think the fact is that any mortgage lender will ALWAYS pull a tri-merge.

    Did either one of you use their Emerging Markets National Program? If so, what were you all scores?

    They pulled a trimerge in 11/02. Approved for home loan with scores of 623, 645 and 631. BK discharged in 12/97.

    I don't think I used that program, but it is certainly possible. My scores at the time were hovering around 700 at the time for EXP and TU, and 680-ish at EQ, with a discharged BK from 1996 on file at all three. Approved for prime offerings.
